Alongside your fitness coach you will have a mindset coach who will incorporate strategies to improve your sleep quality, manage stress, boost your energy levels, and enhance your overall well-being, leading to a more fulfilling and confident you.
We will use AI to analyse your initial assessment data (health history, goals, preferences) and tracks your progress through the program (workout performance, nutrition intake, sleep patterns). Based on this data, the AI recommends adjustments to your workout routines, meal plans, or motivational strategies. By combining AI with your coach's expertise we'll be able to optimise your individual journey.
